“Risk management is a critical process for all organisations that should not be underestimated. Analysing the impact and likelihood of events and issues is the basis for making informed and evidence-based decisions that assure efficiency, effectiveness and organisational resilience”, summarised the Senior Strategic Advisers of EUAM Iraq.

In partnership with experts from the Planning and Follow-up Directorate (PFUD), EUAM Iraq facilitated a comprehensive workshop on risk assessment, risk identification, risk analysis and risk evaluation in Erbil. 

Over the course of a week, senior MoI officials from Baghdad and various northern governorates participated in an intensive programme to support their professional and wider organisational development. This will contribute to the Ministry's strategic objectives, enhance the strategic planning process, build vital capacity and capabilities as well as contribute to the MoI’s institutional resilience.
