From 25 to 30 November 2023, in conjunction with the Federal Ministry of Interior (MoI) Planning and Follow Up Directorate (PFUD), EUAM Iraq Senior Strategic Advisors facilitated an advanced organisational development workshop in Erbil. 

Over the course of five days, 25 senior strategic planners from all Iraqi federal governorates discussed differences between theory and practice in the field of investment planning and identified recommendations to bridge some of the daily challenges faced in implementing ministerial directives.

The overall objective was to improve the MoI's ability to carry out efficient and effective investment planning, which will enhance the Ministry’s management of financial resources and, ultimately, its ability to deliver security.
